So you've completed cooking dinner and it's time to plate. You scoop a big pile of mashed potatoes in the center of the plate, take your charred chicken breast off the grill, plop it on top of the potatoes, and pile a mound of steamed broccoli off to the side of your plate... BORING! Elevage's very own Chef Max Sherard will show you how to style your dinner, help with plate presentation, and introduce you to different textures.
This class will take traditional dishes such as;
Fried Chicken and Mac n Cheese
Chocolate Mousse with Berries
And show you how to present them in a whole new way.
This class features a three course menu, paired with beverages.
